SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?

Benicci offers FREE Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) for all orders above $35. The shipping cost will be $6 for all orders below $35.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery of items purchased on www.benicci.com generally occurs within 3-5 working days following order processing. However, estimated delivery times are approximate and in no way binding. In any case we are dedicated to shipping your order out as soon as possible.

What countries do you ship to?

For the moment, we are only able to ship within the continental USA. We hope to be expanding our business and reach more customers in the future.

Can I track my package?

Of course! Once you place your order, you will receive a tracking number to the provided email address. 

What do I do if I never receive my order?
