Benicci offers FREE Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) for all orders above $25. The shipping cost will be $5-$6 for all orders below $25. Orders can take up to 24 hours to ship from the time of purchase.

We only ship within the continental United States.

Which company delivers my product?

We do it through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment. When we process the fulfillment order, we cannot choose which courier to deliver the product, and it is for Amazon to assign which courier.

Return & exchange policy

We have a 365-day, 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy. If the product is damaged or works non-correct, we will make you a replacement or a refund.

You have 2 options when making a return:
1. Receive a full refund back to your original payment method.
2. Get a replacement for the correct item.
