Privacy Policy

Last Updated: April 15, 2026

Benicci Inc. ("Benicci," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information when you visit or use our website located at https://benicci.com/, any Benicci-operated mobile experience, and any related services, products, communications, or interactions that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy also explains your choices and rights with respect to your personal information.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect through the Services and in related communications with you, including when you:

  • browse our website;
  • create an account;
  • make a purchase;
  • sign up for marketing communications;
  • contact customer support;
  • participate in promotions, surveys, reviews, or other interactions with us.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by third parties on websites, services, or applications that we do not own or control, even if they are linked from our Services.

2. Personal Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information, depending on how you interact with us.

A. Information You Provide Directly

You may provide us with:

  • Contact information, such as your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and shipping address;
  • Account information, such as login credentials and account preferences;
  • Order and transaction information, such as products purchased, order history, payment-related details, and customer support records;
  • Communications and submissions, such as messages, support requests, product reviews, survey responses, contest entries, and other content you send to us;
  • Marketing preferences, such as your email or SMS subscription choices.

We do not knowingly collect or process sensitive personal information for purposes that would require offering a consumer right to limit under applicable law. To the limited extent that sensitive personal information is inherently included in account or transaction data (for example, account credentials), we use it only for the purposes for which it was provided and as permitted by law without giving rise to a right to limit.

Please do not send us highly sensitive information unless we specifically request it for a lawful business purpose.

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect information such as:

  • Device and browser information, including browser type, operating system, screen resolution, language, and device identifiers;
  • Network and usage information, including IP address, approximate geolocation derived from IP, pages viewed, referring URLs, clicks, session activity, timestamps, and interactions with products or content;
  • Cookie and similar technology information, including identifiers stored in cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, SDKs, and similar technologies.

C. Information from Third Parties

We may receive personal information from:

  • e-commerce platform providers;
  • payment processors;
  • shipping and logistics providers;
  • fraud prevention and security partners;
  • analytics providers;
  • advertising and social media partners;
  • email and marketing vendors;
  • business partners and affiliates.

3. Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, and similar technologies ("Tracking Technologies") for the purposes described below. Some of these technologies are operated by third parties who may receive your data directly.

Non-essential Tracking Technologies are activated only after you provide explicit consent through our cookie consent banner where required by applicable law and our configured consent settings. If you decline consent, these technologies will not load and no data will be transmitted to third parties for advertising or analytics purposes. You may change your preferences at any time by clicking the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of any page on the Services.

A. Categories of Tracking Technologies

Strictly Necessary Technologies. These technologies are required for the Services to function properly and for security, fraud prevention, shopping cart functionality, checkout, load balancing, and account authentication. Because they are necessary to provide the Services, they are always active and cannot be disabled through our cookie banner.

Analytics Technologies. These technologies help us understand traffic patterns, improve performance, debug issues, and measure how users interact with the Services. Examples may include Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC), which collects pages visited, session duration, device information, and approximate location.

Advertising and Marketing Technologies. These technologies help us measure ad performance, understand attribution, create audiences, and deliver or optimize advertising across services and devices. Examples may include:

  • Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) — used for ad targeting, conversion tracking, and retargeting; transmits page URLs, product views, add-to-cart events, purchase events, IP address, browser information, and Facebook cookie identifiers.
  • Google Ads (provided by Google LLC) — used for conversion tracking and remarketing; transmits conversion events, page URLs, device information, and IP address.
  • Pinterest Tag (provided by Pinterest, Inc.) — used for conversion tracking and ad optimization; transmits page URLs, product views, checkout events, and IP address.

Functional and Preference Technologies. These technologies help us remember choices and provide enhanced features, personalization, and convenience. Examples may include saved preferences, customer messaging tools, and marketing personalization tools such as Klaviyo (provided by Klaviyo, Inc.).

B. Complete List of Cookies in Use

For a complete and current list of the specific cookies and tracking technologies in use on our Services, including their names, providers, durations, and purposes, see the table below. This list is generated and updated automatically by our consent management platform.

Name Description Category Provider Duration

C. Notice to California Residents Regarding Tracking Technologies

Under the California Invasion of Privacy Act (Cal. Penal Code § 630 et seq.), the interception of electronic communications without consent may give rise to legal liability. We have configured our Services so that no third-party tracking technologies are activated until you affirmatively consent through our cookie consent banner. By clicking "Accept" on the consent banner, you expressly consent to the activation of the Tracking Technologies described above and to the transmission of data to the third parties identified in this section.

If you do not consent, or if you later withdraw your consent through "Cookie Settings" in the footer, the third-party Tracking Technologies listed above will not be active, and no data will be transmitted to those third parties during your visit.

4. Consent for Non-Essential Tracking Technologies

When you first visit the Services, you will be presented with a cookie consent banner that allows you to accept or decline non-essential Tracking Technologies.

  • If you click "Accept", non-essential cookies and tracking technologies (including Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Pinterest Tag, and others listed above) will be activated. By clicking Accept, you expressly consent to the collection of data about your interactions with the Services and the transmission of such data to the third-party providers identified above for advertising, analytics, and related purposes.
  • If you click "Reject" or close the banner without making a choice, non-essential Tracking Technologies will not be activated and no data will be transmitted to third-party advertising or analytics partners.

Your consent is given freely and may be withdrawn at any time through the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of the Services.

5. Global Privacy Control

Where required by applicable law, we honor the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and, where applicable, targeted advertising or profiling-related uses. When we detect a valid GPC signal, we will process it in accordance with applicable law and our technical configuration, and non-essential Tracking Technologies will not be activated for your session.

6. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • to create and manage accounts;

  • to detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity;
  • to comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms and policies, and protect our rights and the rights of others;
  • to support corporate transactions, audits, and internal administration.

7. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:

  • E-commerce and technology providers, such as website hosting, platform, checkout, and infrastructure providers;
  • Payment processors;
  • Shipping, fulfillment, and logistics providers;
  • Customer service, communications, and marketing vendors;
  • Analytics providers;
  • Advertising and social media partners (only with your consent, as described in Section 3);

8. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

With your consent, we share certain personal information — including identifiers, internet activity information, commercial information, and approximate geolocation information — with advertising partners (including Meta, Google, and Pinterest) for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under certain U.S. state privacy laws, this disclosure may be considered "sharing", "targeted advertising", or a "sale".

These disclosures occur only after you provide consent through our cookie consent banner. If you do not consent, no personal information is shared with advertising partners for these purposes.

You may opt out at any time by:

  • using the "Cookie Settings" tool in the footer of our Services;
  • using our "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer;
  • enabling Global Privacy Control in a supported browser.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:

  • provide the Services;
  • complete transactions and maintain related records;
  • comply with tax, accounting, legal, and regulatory obligations;
  • resolve disputes;
  • enforce agreements;
  • detect and prevent fraud and security incidents.

Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the reason we collected it. When we no longer need personal information, we will delete, deidentify, or securely dispose of it unless law permits or requires us to keep it.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • know whether we process your personal information;

  • opt out of targeted advertising;
  • appeal a denial of a privacy rights request where required by law;
  • not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your privacy rights.

We may need to verify your identity before responding to your request. You may also designate an authorized agent where permitted by law.

To exercise privacy rights, contact us at care@benicci.com.

12. Notice for California Residents

California Rights

California residents may request to know, delete, or correct personal information and may opt out of sale/sharing. California residents may also use GPC where supported.

To submit a request, contact care@benicci.com.

13. Browser Privacy Signals

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as described in Section 5. Because there is no consistent industry standard for legacy "Do Not Track" signals, and because GPC has emerged as the recognized opt-out mechanism under U.S. state privacy laws, we do not separately respond to legacy "Do Not Track" headers. We encourage you to use GPC, which is supported by major privacy-focused browsers and extensions.

14. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 16, please do not provide any personal information through the Services. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at care@benicci.com so that we can take appropriate steps to delete the information.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, services, plug-ins, or content. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy notices.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version here and update the Last Updated date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice.

17. Notice of Financial Incentive (California Residents)

We offer rewards and discounts to customers who sign up for our newsletter, such as a 15% discount on their first order. When you sign up, we collect your email address and marketing preferences.

Under California law, these programs may be considered "financial incentives." We believe the value of the personal information we collect is reasonably related to the value of the discounts provided. You can opt-in by submitting your email in our signup forms and you can opt-out at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in our emails. For more information on how we handle your data, please refer to Section 2 and Section 6 of this policy.
