I haven’t received the item ordered9 days ago and according to the shipment tracking the item has gone from Minnesota to Tennessee. I live in Nebraska so I’m wondering if I will even get the mugs.

Really great mugs that will be a great gift

Seems great but I have a couple of questions

We just received a pair of the Moscow Mule mugs and have tried them out. We didn't use the straws but the mugs keep things cold and work fine.

As almost total noobs to Moscow Mules can you recommend some 'nominal' recipes? Also, can you indicate the size of the small and large measuring cups that come with the kit? They seem to be about 1 and 2 ounces but perhaps that's not quite right.

Do you have a recommendation as to where to start, e.g. mug clear full to the top with ice cubes, one large measure Vodka over the ice followed by half a 6.8 ounce bottle of Fever Tree ginger beer? Or ???

There seem to be many recipes but as beginners we'd like guidance!

Also, from your documentation it seems these are pure, uncoated copper mugs on the inside. Are they or is there also a layer of clear varnish or lacquer over the outside? With previous mugs we owned, the outsides become foggy from deterioration of a coating. Is that a risk with your mugs.

Regarding your question, our jigger measures 2oz/1oz, making it perfect for crafting the ideal cocktail. Additionally, our mugs have a lacquer coating on both the inside and outside surfaces. This coating helps maintain their shine and prevent tarnishing. Please avoid using the dishwasher, as high temperatures and harsh detergents can damage the lacquer, leading to the 'fog' effect you mentioned.
